FGSA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 

FGSA will grant up to two scholarships in the amount of $500 each year.  These scholarships are in memory of two young women who demonstrated excellence both on and off the softball field, Kristen Graci and LeAnn Schmall. 

Scholarships will be granted to candidates who have demonstrated qualities of academic excellence, athletic skill and community service. 

Eligibility:  

Must be an alumni of FGSA with participation in at least 5 seasons (seasons can be a combination of Recreational and Summer Leagues).

Please submit one paragraph on what FGSA means to you.
