REMINDER - REGISTER NOW FOR 2023 FURY TRYOUTS
Registration for Fury tryouts for the 2023 travel softball teams at the 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U divisions is now open! Even though tryouts are a couple of weeks away, we’d like to get all families registered to best plan for tryouts - including our 10U players - so please register now!
To register, please visit our website at www.fgsafastpitch.org and click on the “Register” button in the top right corner to get started. There is no cost to tryout.
Don’t forget to RSVP for our Fury info session (over Zoom) coming up on Monday, August 1st at 8 pm!
This information session will be led by Fury Director Chris O'Connor and provide an overview of the Fury program goals and philosophy, tryout and team formation process, winter training, and summer season experience followed by Q&A.
While the session will be especially helpful to new families, all are welcome.

As a reminder, tryouts for the 12U and 14U teams will be held on:
Sunday, August 7th at 4 p.m.
and
Thursday, August 11th at 6 p.m.
Players should only attend one tryout session.
Tryouts for the 16U and 18U teams will be held on:
Wednesday, August 10th at 6 p.m.
Tryouts for the 10U team will be held in early fall and dates will be communicated later this summer, but we ask that you register now.
Next summer’s 8U teams will be formed in early 2023.
At tryouts, players will participate in a variety of drills that will allow them to demonstrate their skills and effort. Depending on the number of participants, tryouts may also include a short scrimmage.

Make-ups will be offered for interested players who cannot attend their tryout date. If you cannot make the tryout date listed above, please email Fury Director Chris O’Connor at [email protected] to schedule a make-up.
