Proper warm up Mechanics of pitching Practice drills and pitching techniques Physical and psychological aspects of pitching These two sessions are meant as an introduction to the art of softball pitching for girls who have never attended formal training and would like to explore pitching. A more in depth clinic of 8 weeks will be offered from January through April, 2010. Planet Fastpitch is the training center for several Olympians and professional players as well as many Division 1, 2 and 3 college athletes. The professional staff offers the highest level of instructions in a postive manners.
