2016 Killer B Schedule and Results

This tournament is only for TOWN B teams and lower! This is not to be confused with ASA B classified teams. We offer this tournament so towns with teams in summer softball league B divisions (i.e. Middle Essex, Twin Valley, Hockomock, and South Shore to name a few) have an opportunity to play in an environment where they can compete and not have to worry about squaring off against club teams that overwhelm them or even Town A teams. For any town that has a team in a summer league B division this is a great opportunity for those girls to experience a tournament environment.

As most of you know it is incredibly difficult to find a tournament appropriate for Town B teams, we hope this fills a gap for a majority of teams that want to play tournaments but are worried about competing.

If you are the top team from your town, this is NOT the tournament for you. For example, Franklin has four teams at 14U this season, the top team is not playing in this tournament, but our B and two C teams are.

Tournament Format
ASA Sanctioned Tournament with ASA Umpires
Round-Robin Format - 3 game pool play
Single Elimination Playoff on Sunday
4 Game Guarantee
On-line Bracket Tracking

Awards
1st and 2nd place trophies awarded to each player
Recognition  of Game MVP's in Pool Play
Tournament pins to all participants

Location
All games held at Pisans Field or the Remington-Jefferson School in Franklin, MA
Batting Cages and Snack Bar at Pisani Field

Team Fee is $400
Registration Closes May 1st


Eligibility - Player must be age eligible as of January 1st, 2016
Copies of birth certificates and team ASA registrations/binders are required
